At Fegária, every acquisition is a bespoke commission, curated with precision and sourced exclusively for you. Each piece is hand-selected through our private network of official boutiques, expert buyers, and esteemed partners. For this reason, all sales are final, with exceptions only under the rare conditions detailed below and in line with your statutory rights under UK law.
Sourcing & Availability
Our acquisitions are subject to global demand, and availability can shift in moments. While many treasures are secured ahead of schedule, please allow up to 30 business days for sourcing and delivery.
Once an order is confirmed and payment initiated, cancellations are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may incur a 30% cancellation fee.
If an item cannot be obtained within this period, we will present carefully considered alternatives or, at our discretion, arrange a refund
Our Promise of Authenticity
Fegária stands unreservedly behind the authenticity of every item. Should an official after-sales service from the brand determine otherwise, we guarantee a full lifetime refund via your original payment method.
In the Unlikely Event of a Fault
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
Should your order arrive with visible damage or manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence. Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund — all subject to our sole discretion, and always in compliance with your statutory rights.
Refund Processing
If a refund is granted — due to sourcing delays beyond 30 business days, verified authenticity concerns, or confirmed faults — please allow 2–4 weeks for the funds to be returned to your account, subject to your bank or payment provider’s timelines.
Service charges or transfer fees, where applicable, may be deducted.
Exclusions
For the protection of the rarity and exclusivity of our service, returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
• Sale or promotion purchases
• Bespoke, customised, or made-to-order items
• Goods worn, used, or altered in any way
• Orders fulfilled within the agreed timeframe
Please note: Bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Return Shipping
In exceptional cases where a return is authorised, Fegária will arrange and cover return shipping. Any duties, taxes, or international fees remain the client’s responsibility.
Governing Law
All purchases, returns, and any arising disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of the United Kingdom. Your statutory rights are not affected.
